Why See The Cocoanuts?

MusicalsComedy Theatre

this holiday friendly musical will chase away your winter blues

Irving Berlin provides the show tunes, whilst the Marx Brothers provide the high-octane, zany jokes that you have come to know and love. A perfect way to chase away the winter blues, this musical is a great way to spend the holiday with the family.

With Groucho Marx owning a down and out hotel in Florida, he spends his days trying to sell bad property to wealthy Northern folk, and trying to win over a rich society dame, who in turn wants to marry off her daughter to an eligible bachelor. Unfortunately for him, she is in love with the hotel clerk instead. Just when it couldn't get any more complicated, even more trouble rolls into town in the form of his other brothers. That's when Groucho is exposed for not being the eligible match he claims! This deliciously silly musical is perfect holiday entertainment.
