Why See Carrie: The Musical?

Carrie The Musical tells the gory tale of a young misfit who is bullied at school and governed by her over-protective and highly religious mother. But Carrie has just discovered that she has a very dark, secret power and, if pushed too far, she's not afraid to use it.

The musical is based upon best-selling horror author Stephen King's novel, and premiered on Broadway in 1988. This production by the Minneapolis Musical Theatre is a reworked and version of this gripping story.
