Have you heard of Garfunkel and Oates yet? The Los Angeles based comedy folk duo made up of Kate Micucci and Riki Lindhome are smart, insightful and completely hilarious. Named for the 'two famous rock-and-roll second bananas' since their 2009 meeting through comedian Doug Benson, they have taken on subjects that range from the outrageous, to the extreme, always delivered with innocent voice and a cheeky smile. You've seen their debut show on IFC, now see them live and be prepared to laugh, alot.

Cute, sassy and totally un-self concious, the girls have began their journey to the top with appearances on Jay Leno and credits on Childish Gambino's latest album. Nothing is safe, from Loophole (about a way around Christian abstinence in high school) to Google, a musing on the modern practice of googling your new date before you meet, Garfunkel and Oates are incredibly fresh, ballsy and just what the world needs right now!
