Why See Church Basement Ladies?
The Latest Adventures from the Church Basement Ladies Series
Musical comedy Church Basement Ladies is back for its highly anticipated seventh instalment. 'The Church Basement Ladies: You Smell Barn' focuses on ladies living the rural life during the 1950s and all the hilarity that comes with it.
Church Basement Ladies is a musical adaptation of the 1997 book 'Growing Up Lutheran' which highlights what it's like to grow up in the Lutheran faith in the Midwest during the 50s. The humorous tales of the barn are enhanced with dazzling original music and a storyline full of funny antics. Besides the ladies, the musical contains some colorful characters including delivery man Earl, who delivers the mail and Tillie, who is in charge of the Fish County Weekly.
